How to $tc(ell on 2 set of parameter? Currently i have this 

$df(EEEE MMMM dd, ci(start, 0))$  |  [c=#FF63B6F6]$ci(title, 0)$[/c]

I want to use the $tc(ell on the above parameter

I think that you need to use the tc ell in the second part of the parameters, in this case you need to create the if condition based on what are your maximum letters that you want in the text by adding the tc(len) of the first code and the second.
