I'm reporting this here in "Report a Problem" (i.e. bug central) because it was miscategorized as a question elsewhere.
Attempting to add an Item's "Touch" to "Launch Shortcut/Gmail Label" results in an error that causes KLWP to reload the last preset. In other words, it's impossible to set Touch to "Launch Shortcut/Gmail label".
I checked, and other apps can create such a shortcut, so the problem is unique to KLWP.
