Does the "b" in the app version indicate Beta?

Just noticed that my KLWP version is 3.77b…
Does the b indicate a Beta version? If so is there a way to get only the stable versions as they release?

I don’t think so. Betas will actually say beta at the end like: 3.77b429514beta
