I dont know, hard to tell, do you have any memory cleaning app? Or does your phone has a specific white list for background services?

It is the same phone that brings that option in the configurations, since I have a P9000 elephone and there is the option of Background task clear, all I did was disable it and everything was working properly. Thanks again for your help.
