I have a widget including a clock that includes seconds, but it only updates every few seconds randomly, is there a way to make it update every second? Im using an att galaxy s7 and the google now launcher.
Kustom Widget does not update every second, it will update every minute or every 5 seconds if music is playing and a music progress function is being in use, the reason (as per KWGT FAQ) is that Android Widgets do not know if they are currently displayed or not, this means that they will run also when you are using another app like a browser (even if Kustom widget never updates when screen is off it still doesn't know if you are actually looking at it or not when screen is on), so, from a technical point of view KWGT could update every second but the feature has been disabled to avoid battery issues or performance issues when very complex presets are being used. This could change in the future if Android OS or Launchers will add a better support for this

Running into the same issue- due to this restriction, is there a way to import KWGT widgets into KLWP?
Still running into this issue in 2022. Would like to see an option to see the seconds show every second or a smart way to see the seconds in a clock, every second on a KWGT widget.
