Why doesn’t the KLCK app turn on when I open it?

The app is only an editor. To make KLCK actually work, you need to enable the lockscreen and give it the required permissions:
Enable it: KLCK - side menu - turn Lockscreen ON
allow Display over other apps, Notification access, and disable battery optimization
set your phone’s default lockscreen to None/Swipe to avoid double lockscreens

Kustom по умолчанию берет настройки из твоей системы. Чтобы всё бралось автоматически, проверь эти три параметра в настройках (Settings) приложения:
General settings → Language → установи “Auto”.
General settings → Clock mode → установи “Auto”.
Location → Primary Location → установи “Auto”.
Также убедись, что у приложения есть разрешение на доступ к местоположению в настройках телефона.

Я не могу установить свое основное местоположение так как там только 3 региона
И при установке виджет часов все равно на 1 час больше показывает время
