Animation stuttering when scrolling left and right

Razer phone

I have a klwp theme called oviote installed. when I scroll left and right, the scroll is very jumpy and stutters a lot. This might be because I have a razer phone with 120 hertz but Im not sure, because if I change the animation to fade, then it is smooth again.
