Pixel 6 Pro. Reported this issue to Google when the first beta came out. I provided them with 5 bug reports at their request and they just posted that they weren't going to fix it and marked it obsolete. All you have to do is click on wallpaper and style in Android settings and it will freeze KLWP. You then have to restart the phone. I don't know if this is an Android problem or KLWP. I am happy to provide a bug report if needed.
i don't think its android 13 because i got those freezes/stops before. I have android 13 for like few days and i noticed this issue like 1 or 2 month ago
