That should not be the case. If you’re being asked to pay again when you install the separate Pro Key app, your license is most likely in-app. Go to app settings and check if it says Free or Pro at the top. If it’s already Pro, there’s no need for you to install the Pro Key app.
Well, we shouldn’t have to pay taxes, yet here we are and yes I’ve had this issue before also during a update. Yeah it’s asking for $5.00, well when I purchased my Pro it was cheaper than that Aug 21,2016 eight years ago
I suggest you send an email to [email protected] so they can track down your license and orders and process a refund if necessary.
